BBA Embarks On Sponsorship Drive

He said the league that kicks-off later this month has been running for years without sponsorship because the association has not been in a stable position to strike deals.
It is only last year that BBA secured sponsorship for the top four national championships. The championships were sponsored by Debswana and a local company, Posh Ink for an undisclosed amount. Kalebwe said this is an indication that BBA can secure sponsorship for the league.
The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case. The first leg of the primaries was held last weekend, with the final leg being billed for the coming weekend. This time around, the BDP failed to shine in its primary elections.
