We don't accept BDP apology – Xukuri

Ghanzi District Council Deputy Chairperson and Councillor for D’kar and South East Farms Xukuri Xukuri has shot down the apology by Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) and former legislator John Siele following their public rally that sparked public discourse over the use of the ‘Mosarwa' word.

Last week , BDP held its first public rally in 2026 and had a mouthful to say about the current regime.

In a heated moment of the rally, Siele was caught on record passing remarks to Assistant Minister of Water and Human Settlements Motsamai Motsamai.
