US Ambassador designate handing letters of credence to President Masisi PIC: BWPRESIDENCY

Ahead of the milestone arrival of the live breeding cattle from the United States of America (USA) yesterday, Ambassador Designate of the USA to Botswana, Dr. Howard A. Van Vranken presented his Letters of Credence.

Ambassador Van Vranken's appointment happens at a very exciting time for Botswana as the country prepared to host yet another historic event, the U.S-Africa Business Summit from July 11-14, 2023 in Gaborone, in partnership with Corporate Council on Africa (CCA).

The Summit will bring together more than 1,000 U.S. and African private sector executives, international investors, senior government and multilateral stakeholders.
