Trio arrested for ‘dagga’ possession

Dibete police on Thursday arrested three men of Mookane village for possession of sachets containing substance suspected to be dagga which is popularly known as marijuana.

The trio, a 30-year-old man of Borotsi ward, a 24-year-old man of Tshipana ward and a 26-year-old man of Letswere ward in the same village were found in possession of suspected dagga estimated to be weighing 1kg.

Dibete Police Station commander, Superintendent Meshack Ranku told The MonitorOnline that they seized the suspected drugs which have an estimated street value of P6, 800.
