First National Bank Botswana’s (FNBB) corporate investment banking division, Rand Merchant Bank Botswana (RMB) has been awarded the best custodian award for the forth year in a row by Alexander Forbes Asset Consultants.

The recognition is determined by a survey conducted by Alexander Forbes Asset Consultants, assessing local custodians’ services, their systems, operational efficiencies, and the relationship management.

“At RMB we operate under the duality of our business philosophy ‘traditional values and innovative ideas’. Our diverse range of talent with their collective know-how is how we do both. It is what sets us apart and nurtures the trust we have established with our clients and stakeholders. It is therefore, a privilege and honour to receive the Best Custodian Award for the forth consecutive year.

This award reinforces the talent we have at RMB that allows us to maintain high service excellence and further establishes us as a trusted, leading custodian,” said Custody Head, Dintle Samboma.

RMB offers a range of innovative transactional banking needs – ranging from custodial and trustee needs, complex cross-border payments, trade collections, supply chain financing, receipting and cash management requirements.

As RMB graciously accepts this award, the bank looks forward to continuously growing its service excellence to its partners.
