Revellers 'behave' at Dithubaruba — Police

The annual Dithubaruba Cultural Festival — held last Saturday in Molepolole — attracted multitudes of revellers who, according to police, were largely well-behaved.

Molepolole Police Station commander, Superintendent Jacob Molapong, said they had anticipated both the large crowd and potential criminal incidents, but their preparations ensured the event remained peaceful.

“As usual, multitudes of people graced the event, but we had beefed up our manpower with officers from neighbouring police stations,” Molapong explained.
