Quiet morning at the dam as last body is found

The site is the Gaborone Dam, a place that has been a beehive of activity for the last two weeks, where a search has been going on for the three Water Utilities Corporation employees who went missing on August 6 while on duty.

On this Sunday morning, the place looks deserted with only a few people on site. This is a different picture altogether from what it has been for the last 13 days. The same atmosphere replays itself at the main entrance as there are only two security guards when yours truly arrives at around 8.50am for the normal morning press briefings scheduled for 9am.

After a short wait, WUC and police cars arrive at the gate and proceed to the site where the search team has camped. The head of the search party, Naledi Police Station commander, King Tshebo, arrives later and instructs that the press follow him to the campsite.
