Primary school results show higher 'B'

Despite a chaotic period that saw many teachers boycotting the invigilation of the 2010 examinations, the Standard Seven results issued yesterday show an improvement in the B pass marks, with the C and D marks declining.

However, the performance of the pupils who obtained Grade E has not changed.

The Standard Seven examination, unlike the Junior Certificate and BGCSE examinations for the Form 5s, is multiple choice whereby the pupils tick the correct answers.
