Police are investigating several road accidents that resulted in serious injuries to pedestrians and passengers in Gaborone and Mogoditshane over the weekend.

On Friday, along the A12 road, a 58-year-old man was seriously injured when he was struck by a Mercedes Benz while attempting to cross the road near Shell Filling Station close to the Mogoditshane kgotla traffic lights at approximately 12:30am.
