One dies, others sustain injuries in Mahalapye–Bonwapitse crash

A 22-year-old driver of a Toyota Dyna, commonly known as Matshelonyana, has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a fatal accident that claimed the life of a young woman on Saturday morning.

Police said the crash occurred around 7:30am along the Mahalapye–Bonwapitse road.

The vehicle was carrying four occupants at the time, with the driver and one passenger seated in the front, while two others were travelling in the back.
