The Botswana Defence Force (BDF) has launched a new Military Justice System aimed at transforming discipline within the force by embedding fairness, accountability and constitutional compliance at the core of its internal governance.
Officiating at the launch held recently at the Sir Seretse Khama Barracks (SSKB) auditorium, Chief Justice Gaolapelwe Ketlogetswe said the system represents a major shift from punitive discipline towards a structured, transparent and impartial justice framework aligned with the Constitution of Botswana and the Botswana Defence Force Act of 2018.
