Nchindo case reaches climax

If the latest schedule agreed by the parties in the Louis Nchindo corruption case is anything to go by, the guilty will be charged and the innocent freed in a month's time.

 Yesterday morning, the High Court-destined Regional Magistrate Lot Moroka, the prosecution and the defence agreed on a schedule that will have the case concluded in about four weeks. At the mention yesterday, the court concluded that the prosecution will finalise its presentation next week, the defence the week after and the third week Moroka will deliver his verdict.
