Naledi South ward councillor, Mathata Mosekwa, intends to lobby parents of Tshwaragano Primary School to petition the city council against their children returning to school if their lavatories are still not in working.

Commenting on the GCC mayor’s speech on Tuesday, Mosekwa said it is not true that maintenance is ongoing at Tshwaragano Primary School, contrary to what was reported. The school has over 1,000 students.

“I suggest that the mayor should always visit the areas where maintenance projects are said to have started. There is nothing going on at Tshwaragano Primary School. It’s been months since students started using the bush to relieve themselves.
