Murder accused must decide on attorney

FRANCISTOWN: A murder accused who was represented by a lawyer working for Kgalemang and Associates has been asked to make a decision about a lawyer before his trial date on August 17.

Kabo Holland, who is accused of the murder of his girlfriend in October 2009, was once represented by Tshekiso Tshekiso who worked for Kgalemang and Associates. 

The accused person has now been asked to decide whether he wants to find another attorney or retrieve his file from the curators and give it to Tshekiso. Holland appeared before Justice Terrence Rannowane but Tshekiso said the file on the matter  remained at Kgalemang and Associates.
