Mob justice turns deadly in Letlhakane

Four men, aged 36, 42 and two others still at large, are in serious trouble with the law after allegedly fatally assaulting a 38-year-old man in Letlhakane.

The victim was discovered lying motionless by the roadside with severe injuries all over his body on Saturday morning. A passerby who found him alerted the police.

Confirming the incident, New Letlhakane Police Station commander, Superintendent Unoziba Rari, said the victim was rushed to Letlhakane Primary Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment. However, he later succumbed to his injuries at around noon.
