Masisi takes over at Presidential affairs

President Ian Khama has appointed Mokgweetsi Masisi Minister of Presidential Affairs and Public Administration.

In an interview with The Monitor, government spokesman, Jeff Ramsay, confirmed that Masisi has been promoted from assistant minister to a full minister in the Presidential Affairs and Public Administration Ministry.

Meanwhile, Masisi's boss, Lesego Motsumi has been moved from the Presidential Affairs Ministry to an ambassadorial position. Recently, Motsumi told The Monitor: "I am still a minister. Right now I am a minister. If there is anything different I will see in the next four or five years".
