Khama's marriage on or off again?

The wedding was supposed to be a high profile affair because Khama is not only the country's vice president but he is also the Paramount Chief of the Bamagwato.
However, with less than a year before he takes over from President Festus Mogae, it seems Khama will move into State House as a bachelor.
Acting Agriculture Minister, Edwin Dikoloti, is right in saying opening an export-ready facility whilst Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is still spreading would risk getting the whole country blacklisted before a single carcass leaves the door.A ban like that would break the already stressed nation.
