Kgosi withdraws 'threat-to-kill' case

Dioka has revealed that due to the inconsistencies in a series of police statements filed by Gloria Kgosi, the police authorities eventually decided to dismiss her allegation that Dioka threatened to kill her.
Dioka said over the week, Kgosi's statements to the police went from a threat to kill to office harassment. By the second week, she decided to withdraw the case. Dioka stated that it was quite clear that right from the start the whole incident was intended to drag his name through the mud.
