An Italian man, Marco Massimiliani who has registered a Non-Governmental Organisation called Emergency Children in Botswana has unleashed his vision and plans to change the plight of under-privileged children in Botswana.

Massimiliani, whose organisation currently runs from his country of birth, Italy, says the organisation will be running in a couple of countries in the next few months, further adding that what should excite Batswana is that while most international organisations are headquartered outside Africa, his will be headquartered in Botswana.

“We are a non-profit making organisation with the interests of the child at heart and we dream of a better and conducive environment for a child. There is no way we are going to achieve this without collaborating with the already existing organisations with the interests of children in Botswana,” said the organisation’s president, Massimiliani.
