Heated argument ends in fatal stabbing

A 33-year-old man from Thomadithotse Ward in Mahalapye died over the long weekend after a fatal stabbing with a sharp object during a quarrel.

Mahalapye Central Police Station commander, Superintendent Meshack Ranku stated that the incident occured in the wee hours of July 19.

“At around 3am in the morning at Botswana Railways grounds, a Motswana man aged 33 years was stabbed with a sharp object,” Ranku said.
