Gov't hands Tshedu case to DPP for legal determination

He said that the DPP is expected to provide feedback by mid-May, offering clarity on the next legal step. Mhwasa emphasized that this stage represents the integrity of due process, where independent legal judgment takes precedence. He said that justice must be built on a foundation that can stand in court. For the nation, the case now enters a defining phase where investigation gives way to legal determination.
