"HIV is not just a theory, it is not academic, it is not a distance issue - it is life," Moilwa said, her words resonated with the audience. "I see faces, young people, stories, resilience, and myself. Behind every percentage is a young life navigating hope, fear, stigma, and college," she said.

Moilwa's speech highlighted the need for true partnership and collaboration between young people, governments, and partners. "Our future was born from the idea that lived experience is not a weakness, it is expertise," she said. "We believe it is expertise, and this network is more than just a structure - it is a promise," she further stated.
