Dikoloti escapes injury after car hits cow

Acting Minister of Lands and Agriculture, Edwin Dikoloti, on Saturday night narrowly escaped injury after the vehicle he was travelling in hit a cow along the A1 Highway near Serorome Valley.

Mahalapye Police Station commander, Superintendent Ntoko Simane, told The Monitor that the accident occurred at around 8pm shortly after the vehicle passed the Tropic of Capricorn.

Simane added that although the vehicle collided with and killed a cow, the minister, his private secretary, and the driver escaped uninjured.
