BPF ask court to block Galebotswe

The Botswana Patriotic Front (BPF) national executive committee (NEC) has taken some party members who have now formed a faction led by Gaolatlhe Galebotswe to court on urgency, seeking an interim order to interdict them from holding themselves as an NEC.

The urgent application was registered on Tuesday before the High Court.

Respondents in this case are: Galebotswe, Mogomotsi Letsididi, Segaetsho Garekwe, Modiri Lucas, Loeto Porati, Olebile Pilane, Queen Moatsotsi, Gareone Barel, and Gaolathe Molefane.
