BONEPWA reviews strategy

PALAPYE: The Botswana Network of People Living with HIV and AIDS (BONEPWA) is embarking on a process to review its 2012-2016 strategic plan. Support groups affiliated to BONEPWA, its management and board members convened in Palapye this week to objectively interrogate the network services such as human resources, visibility and communication.

The strategic planning process also sought to review advocacy, communications, internal and external relations components.

Sharing the objectives of the meeting, BONEPWA national support groups’ manager Allan Tshekedi said the review is timely as it also sought to review monitoring and evaluation, reporting systems and governance and leadership components.
