Botswana National Front Youth League (BNFYL) aspirants have trampled upon the party president, Duma Boko’s advice for a clean campaign and exploration of a possible compromise to safeguard the party’s name.

On Monday, dirty tricks played themselves out among the BNF youth after a message believed to be from Kago Mokotedi’s team, tried to stand in the way of Khumoekae Richard’s manifesto launch and team unveiling, by sending journalists messages to the effect that the said event had been postponed.

The message sent to journalists 20 minutes before the event reads: “The team Batsabakedi Manifesto launch that was billed for today at 11 AM has been postponed for tomorrow (12-03-2016) at 9 am. We apologise for the inconvenience caused-Team Batsabakedi.”
