The Botswana National Front (BNF) will on November 28 unveil a tombstone for its founding member, Dr Kenneth Koma. Fondly known as ‘KK’, Koma died at the age of 84 in 2007 and was buried at the Madiba cemetery in Mahalapye.

Koma was born in 1923 and formed the BNF in 1965, in the process becoming one of the pioneers of Botswana’s opposition politics. 

The BNF was launched in 1966, a year after its formation.
