BCP, BAM condemn BDP over Moatlhodi

A joint statement released by BCP and BAM following a meeting over the weekend said that the decision to bar Moatlhodi from contesting next year's general elections, even though he has won his party's primary elections is an example that the country's democracy is deteriorating.
By recalling Moatlhodi, BCP and BAM said the BDP is trampling on parliamentary privilege and disregarding the constitution by sanctioning a party member for an issue he raised in the National Assembly.
