The Ministry of Health says 110 babies were born on New Year’s Day, up from 84 on the same day last year
According to the authorities, Princess Marina Hospital registered the highest number of births on New Year’s Day with 15 babies born.
Boteti District Health Management Team followed with 13 deliveries while Nyangabgwe Hospital in Francistown was third with 12 including two sets of twins.
