Attorney ordered not to mislead court

The attorney for a Russian man accused of molesting a nine year old girl was yesterday warned not to mislead the court.

The Broadhurst magistrate, Gaseitsewe Tonoki, issued a stern warning to defence attorney, Edward Fashole-Luke II, appearing for Serguei Pastouchenko, because he did not believe some of his submissions.

Cross-examining state witness, assistant superintendent Boy, Luke II claimed that the witness had omitted some vital information during the parading exercise he conducted on March 13th. Fashole-Luke suggested that the victim did not understand what Boy wanted her to do.
