Phemelo Minja, a certified Life Coach, has written a new book titled Teen Thrive. The 168-page self-published read is ideally meant to serve as a journal, bridging the gap between adolescence and adulthood.

“I want to guide teens to become empowered, self-aware and future-ready,” highlighted Minja. She is of the view that there needs to be someone to guide teenagers on their journey.
