Phemelo Minja, a certified Life Coach, has written a new book titled Teen Thrive. The 168-page self-published read is ideally meant to serve as a journal, bridging the gap between adolescence and adulthood.

“I want to guide teens to become empowered, self-aware and future-ready,” highlighted Minja. Through Teen Thrive, the reader will be taught how to become resilient in the way they handle struggles and setbacks. “It is my wish for all teenagers, through this journal, to have a companion I never had when I was younger, but very much needed,” stipulated Minja.

She is of the view that there needs to be someone to guide teenagers on their journey.
