TNT Entertainment Company in collaboration with Buckboiz dance crew hosted the Beef Street Dance Tournament at Thornhill Primary School on July 15.

Beef Street is a platform mainly designed by dancers for street dancers of all dance genres to showcase their talent. “The main intention of the Beef Street initiative is to unite dancers and help them develop their dance as well as better their battling skills,” said one of the adjudicators Wabo Motiki.

The event was attended by a total of 21 dancers of different dance styles who battled for the ultimate prize. There were five dance categories: Hip hop, Animation, Kwaito, Krump and B-boy. The dancers were given two rounds each.
