Kario dazzles in acting debut :: Mmegi Online

From model to presenter and now actress, it seems Kaone Kario’s star just keeps on shining. The star recently made her debut as Leano on Ayeye; the series that has taken the continent by storm when it first hit the smasll screen on February 23, 2015 on Vuzu Amp, DStv Channel 114.

Shot in the high-paced city of Johannesburg, Ayeye follows the lives, loves, heartaches and dreams of three friends JK, Neo and Lebo who share a loft in downtown Joburg, Maboneng District. Working as rockstar creatives at a fancy Sandton advertising agency the trio’s lives are nothing short of exhilarating and somewhat enviable.

It is hard to believe the show could become more entertaining than it already is. However, the arrival of Leano is a prime example of how the show’s creators took no prisoners when delivering content that could rival any internationally produced show seen before.
