GCC issues Hamptons permit with threats

Gaborone City Council has released an emotional press release to the organisers of the Hamptons Jazz Festival regarding the festival permit.

The strongly worded statement, which was posted via Facebook this afternoon, comes after the Council’s February 20th announcement to revoke the permit for the jazz gig.
