Okavango Promotions will provide the public with an opportunity of mekoro rides at the Gaborone African Food Festival (GAFF) to be held at Bojanala Waterfront this coming Saturday.

A round trip will cost adults P60 ride while children will pay P30 for the ride. The mokoro is a traditional canoe like vessel commonly used in the Okavango Delta as a popular mode of transport.  Those who have never had the opportunity to visit Okavango and enjoy mekoro rides will now have the chance to experience the rides through this year’s GAFF.

Okavango Promotions would like Batswana and other visitors to enjoy the ride as one would do in Okavango Delta.
