The much-anticipated fifth Annual African Attire on Fleek is set to return to Francistown next month.

It is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 8 at the Molapo Leisure Gardens. In an interview with the event coordinator, David Letshwiti, he explained that it is aimed at celebrating African culture and fashion.

He further pointed out that vibrant celebration of African culture and fashion are cornerstone events in Botswana's cultural calendar, drawing attendees from across the nation and beyond. "For our clientele and audience, the African Attire on Fleek event attracts a diverse audience, including fashion enthusiasts, cultural aficionados, and families eager to immerse themselves in a day of music, dance, and traditional cuisine. Past events have seen attendees from various regions, highlighting the event's widespread appeal and its role in promoting cultural unity," he said. Speaking of the challenges and achievements they encountered over the years, he said organising an event of that magnitude presented challenges, particularly in terms of logistics and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
