The last thing I need on a short stay of any foreign country is sleep. Every second has to count because it is not cheap being here. It costs money, time and these well-off countries make you beg for the visa (well, at least that is how I felt).

That is why I did not want to sleep in Berlin.

I was part of the Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) entourage at ITB Berlin last week. Since it was my inaugural visit to Germany I wanted to squeeze as many German experiences as possible in the four days that I was in ‘Deutschland’.
