Sealcrete Launches innovative solutions

A Gaborone based distribution company, Sealcrete Botswana, has teamed up with two others from South Africa, Xypex and Africote, to launch innovaive solutions for waterproofing concrete through crystallisation.

Sealcrete becomes the sole distributor of Xypex.

The products are a distinctive technology that is intended to work within a concrete itself instead of simply on its surface. SDuring the launch last week, Xypex Director for Southern African region, Lewis Lynch said Xypex solves problems in situations where conventional barrier systems were fragile and futile thus making a real difference.
