Phakalane Estates, established 30 years ago by entrepreneur David Magang, has evolved from being a farm to becoming much desired Gaborone city suburb.

Currently the posh suburb, is leading a number of investments and properties in the spaces of retail, commercial, residential and industrial.

Originally Phakalane Estates was a 13-phase development with 18,000 to 20,000 households. However due to changes in land tenure and economic changes, there has been a shift in approach to the organisation’s prospects. Currently, the property development is directed by land use, market demand, investment and return.
