Palapye's Multi-million Pula Diphalane mall ready for business

PALAPYE: The construction phase of the P95 million state of the art Diphalane mall is complete and the complex is ready for business. There is a lot of activity at the mall as different businesses are busy making final installations on this and that.

The 22, 000 square metres mall will house 52 shops and has seven office spaces. Project manager Anthony Sekgweng confirmed the new developments. He said about 20 tenants are already in possesion of their keys.

Sekgweng said the mall underwent preliminary inspection last week and it passed. The final inspection, he said, will be carried out this week before the contractor hands over to Khumo Properties who will manage the mall.
