Metropolitan Botswana Client Services Manager Thato Kubu told a customer appreciation breakfast yesterday that client relations is one of their key focus areas.

He attributed the firm's growth since it set up shop in Botswana 17 years ago to customer relations and loyalty.

He said the company seeks to position itself as an industry leader in customer service by ensuring strong customer ties. Kubu said they have just completed a five-year strategy plan to grow the business. He stressed that they value relationships built over time with customers, staff, the insurance fraternity and other valuable business partners.
