KBL's Kick-start Bounces Back

A total of 15 upcoming and existing entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 35 would get an opportunity to get a grant of up to P200, 000 each, including business coaching and monitoring.
The programme was re-launched last week with KBL managing director, Brenno Diaz stating that Kick-start was a culmination of a realisation that government alone cannot provide ‘limitless’ opportunities for the youth.
It is a clear signal that the government’s purse is empty and that our own behaviour has left veterinary officials fighting with one hand tied behind their backs. We have been here before.
