E-Card Comes To Botswana

FRANCISTOWN: The Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM) has teamed up with a local company to come up with an electronic business card.

The two partners say the card is going to be a must-have for local businesses. The card was launched in Francistown by the managing director of Gigatech Botswana, Gadzanani Kind Makopola.

BOCCIM regional manager, Eileen van der Est says they have teamed up with Gigatech Botswana, a Francistown-based IT company to introduce the e-Card. The e-card is to be rolled out to other parts of the country in the near future.
