Bifm's airport junction centre takes shape

Bifm has announced that the multimillion-pula Airport Junction Shopping Centre that is currently under construction in northern Gaborone is progressing according to schedule.

With 36 000 square metres of lettable space, the shopping centre is already attracting robust interest from the market.

Bifm officials said already handovers were being made to tenants who have contracted space in the shopping centre. "Construction started at the end of September 2010, and the first handover to Builders Warehouse - a major supplier of construction and home improvement material - was done on June 7 2011," said Bifm Marketing and Communication Manager, Tebogo Hirschfeldt.
