Club Licensing now a rubber stamping exercise

Is the First Instance Body (FIB), an organ responsible for issuing club licences being too generous with the process? Has the exercise, a crucial blueprint towards a professional football set-up, been turned into a worthless undertaking? It would appear the FIB has turned into a rubber stamping department, where club licences are thrown around like confetti at a wedding. Is due consideration taken before the issuing of club licences, which are compulsory to enable clubs to participate in the FNB Premiership.
