Maloba I went into the store with some intentions to buy items to not only build content, but to make some dishes we have not enjoyed in a while.

One thing I knew for sure was that I wanted mussels. I wanted to make creamy garlic mussels for the first time. I often times enjoy a garlic snail starter so I didn’t imagine this would be far off. While I walked around the store for other odd bits, I received a video call from my sister Melissa.

I am hardly online while shopping, but I so happened to be because I was looking up recipes online as I shopped. Incoming call....Hi sister!! To which she responded ‘remember the mussels mom used to make’? I didn’t at first tell the truth, and asked if they were creamy. She said no, it is tomatoes.
