Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimise frustration and anger, increase happiness, improve energy to mention but a few.

At least once every quarter in the year since maybe 2021, a group of us girls spend a weekend away in the name of R & R. Which can be Rest and Relaxation, Rejuvenation, or Recuperation. These sessions are made up of activity, lots of chatting, laughs, food and drink. Chellzkitchen loves to curate the meals for these getaways.
