Friday night was no doubt the best for rock 'n' roll lovers - more especially queen of rock Tina Turner fans - as the super energetic Ireland woman Rebecca O'Connor - famous for being a Tina Turner impersonator - treated them to a superb performance at the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC).

Everyone waited patiently for the show to start because they were eager to see what the Tina Turner impersonator's performance would be like.  Many questioned if O'Connor would be able to match the now 73-year-old star's performances.  As O'Connor's band entered the stage revellers in the fully packed arena roared in excitement as they were treated to first class rock beats.

A few minutes later O'Connor - with her two dancers Hailey and Ashley in their skimpy mini dresses - entered the hall.  With a hairdo that looked like Tina Turner's hairstyle, the Irish star was a perfect mimic of the diva.  She started the show with one of Turner's popular songs, What's Love Got To Do With It as the audience sang along.
