Wareus who was always the spectators' favourite from the onset seems to have learnt a lesson from last year's failure to come tops and corrected her mistakes.
However, though she was voted the fairest of them all, Emma was not an extraordinary girl from other girls that she competed with. Besides being tall and having a good-looking posture, Emma competed just on par with other girls.
It is a clear signal that the government’s purse is empty and that our own behaviour has left veterinary officials fighting with one hand tied behind their backs. We have been here before.
