M-Net's reality show Big Brother Africa 3(BBA3) has come to an end, and Angola'sRicardo "Ricco" Venancio, is the luckyhousemate who left the house, USD 100,000 (P820, 000) richer, beating Malawi'sHazel Warren and Zimbabwe's MunyaradziMunya Chidzonga.

Of the three Munya did not provide any competition at all, as only one country voted
for him to win - Zimbabwe his country of origin. Munya became the 10th housemate
to be ejected from the house. During his brief interview after his eviction, he did not
seem to have any hard feelings about not winning the money. He however noted that
he came close to winning the money, saying that all he needed to do was just stay a few
more minutes. Asked whom he thought was going to win, he quickly named his friend,
Ricco. When asked about his relationship with Botswana's Tawana Lebani, he simply
answered: 'It wasn't me'.

The two who proved to be Africa's sweethearts are the winner, Ricco, and his runnerup
Hazel and for the first time in BBA history the contestant tied in terms of country voting, getting six votes each. Ricco was voted for by Angola, Ghana, Namibia, Nigeria
and Tanzania, and the Rest of Africa, while Hazel got her six votes from Botswana,
Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, and Zambia.
